Thibault Dupont-Nougein joins Hogan Lovells as partner

Thibault Dupont-Nougein is specialised in fund structuring, with a practice focused on the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds across a wide range of asset classes. He works on a broad spectrum of funds, including private equity funds (LBO, growth, venture), funds of funds, infrastructure and real estate funds, as well as continuation funds. He has substantial experience on primary transactions, assisting asset managers at each stage of a fund’s life cycle, and on the secondary market, where he regularly advises managers (GPs) and investors (LPs).
He joins Hogan Lovells after several years at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
James Doyle, head of the global corporate & finance practice group, said Dupont-Nougein’s recognised funds expertise complements Hogan Lovells’ leading Private Equity practice in France. Xenia Legendre, managing partner, noted that his entrepreneurial spirit and experience across the full fund life cycle will strengthen the Paris team.
