Nina Sislian joins law firm Atlo alongside Alexandre Khanna

Nina Sislian has joined the law firm Atlo, associating with Alexandre Khanna within the firm.

Nina Sislian holds a Master 2 in Labour Law and Practice (University Paris XI) and has been a lawyer since 2013. She began her career at Fromont Briens before joining PRK & Associés, where she worked for several years alongside Alexandre Khanna. She followed him in early 2022 to take part in the creation of Atlo and now associates with him at the firm.

Sislian specialises in employment and social business law. She advises companies and groups of varying sizes on all issues related to individual and collective labour relations and works both in advisory capacities and in litigation, with a particular preference for judicial matters. She assists clients in preparing and managing disputes and regularly appears before labour tribunals, courts of appeal and judicial courts, notably in collective litigation, challenges to occupational accidents or occupational diseases, and cases of gross negligence.

Her practice also covers matters concerning protected employees, employee representative bodies, and sensitive files such as discrimination, harassment, equal treatment, incapacity and working time. She additionally has particular expertise in temporary employment law, which she has practised for many years.
