D’Alverny Avocats strengthens M&A practice with partner hire Elena Pintea-Pushkin

A member of the Paris bar since 2014, Elena Pintea-Pushkin began her career at Racine, where she was promoted to counsel in 2022. She brings 12 years of experience advising companies and entrepreneurs on structuring transactions in France and assisting foreign groups in acquisition and market-entry projects in France. Her expertise covers Corporate work, including complex legal restructurings; M&A, including distressed and carve-out transactions; strategic partnerships; governance; and transfers of family businesses. She advises companies and groups of all sizes, notably growing SMEs and mid-sized enterprises, across various sectors.
