Proskauer hires Laura Bavoux as partner in Paris restructuring practice

Bavoux’s practice is focused on special situations, restructurings and insolvency proceedings. She has substantial experience in both amicable and judicial proceedings in France and in cross-border operations involving French stakeholders. She advises a broad range of clients, including listed and unlisted companies, their shareholders, investment funds, managers and creditors in French and international contexts. Bavoux also works on governance matters and lender litigation, notably in the context of LBO debt restructurings, and her versatility is highlighted as particularly valuable in complex financial restructurings and distressed M&A.
