Olivier Deren, Sébastien Crepy, Charlotte Dupont and Vincent Nacinovic are joining Gide; their arrival is scheduled for early March. They will form a private equity M&A team within the firm.

He is the founder of the team and is recognised as a reference figure in French private equity, working on LBOs alongside French and international private equity players. Before joining Gide, he was a partner at Paul Hastings, which he joined in 2004 with the Moquet Borde team. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1992.

Sébastien Crepy joins Gide as a partner in private equity M&A. He advises on LBOs for French and international private equity actors. He joined the team in 2011 and became a partner at Paul Hastings in 2016. He previously practiced at Linklaters, Hogan Lovells and Clayton Utz (Sydney). He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 and is an associate member of the Law Society of New South Wales (Australia).

Charlotte Dupont joins Gide as a partner in private equity M&A. She advises French and international private equity players on LBOs and growth capital transactions. She joined Paul Hastings and the team in 2015 and previously worked at Frieh‑Bouhenic and then DLA Piper. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.

Vincent Nacinovic joins Gide as a partner in private equity M&A. He works on the full range of LBO and growth capital matters handled by the team. He joined Paul Hastings and the team in 2016 and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.

Frédéric Nouel, Senior Partner, and Jean‑François Levraud, Managing Partner at Gide, said the arrival of this reference private equity team broadens the firm’s M&A and private equity offering and mobilises the firm’s unique range and depth of expertise.
