Fidal Avocats strengthens its social law expertise with arrival of Béatrice Pola
"Fidal Avocats in Paris welcomes partner Béatrice Pola and her team to its social law department, reinforcing employment and social law capabilities including crisis management and HR litigation."
Béatrice Pola, an attorney with more than 30 years' experience, brings a broad practice in labour and social law covering both collective and individual matters. She advises French and international groups on defining and implementing HR policies, notably in restructurings, collective bargaining, company agreements and litigation. A specialist in social crisis management, she handles sensitive issues such as harassment, discrimination, serious workplace accidents and whistleblower arrangements, providing strategic advice and operational support. She also represents employers in complex disputes, including collective actions, and addresses a full range of HR concerns including telework, mobility, health and safety, individual relations, terminations and social compliance. Pola holds a DEA and Maîtrise in law from the University of Toulouse, regularly speaks at conferences and publishes in specialist media such as International Employment Lawyer. Prior to joining Fidal, she practised at Proskauer Rose and at DS Avocats.
Her team joins Fidal in the roles indicated: Estelle Coulombel will serve as Responsable de Mission and has experience in HR support, notably crisis management and high-risk litigation. Coline Montangerand will also join as Responsable de Mission, specialised in assisting foreign companies with advisory and litigation matters. The team further includes apprentices Julien Daure (Master 2, Assas), Juliette Barre (Master 2, Sorbonne) and Habib Gzouli (Master 2, Brest Business School).
