Émilie Dumur joins VingtRue as a partner after more than ten years at Wilhelm & Associés, where she was a partner. She practices economic litigation closely linked to regulation, compliance and corporate liability. Dumur intervenes primarily in economic law (competition, distribution), both in litigation and in advisory work on distribution contracts and the development of commercial networks. Her practice frequently involves cases where economic disputes are accompanied by criminal risks, compliance issues or sanctions, including interventions by authorities or challenges to company leaders, with an increasing focus on environmental and CSR matters.
Paul Charlot joins VingtRue as a partner, reinforcing the firm's expertise in compliance, internal investigations and management of criminal risk amid rising sanctions and extraterritorial obligations. Admitted to the bar in 2013, he has worked at leading Anglo-Saxon firms, including Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Ashurst. Charlot advises on economic sanctions and export controls, anti-corruption and AML/CFT matters. He assists companies in structuring compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, managing relations with authorities and, where necessary, defending them before the courts.
