Latham & Watkins strengthens Paris office with private equity team in energy and infrastructure

Benjamin de Blegiers joins Latham & Watkins as a partner in private equity and M&A. He brings significant experience in managing complex private equity, M&A and financing transactions, as well as work on public contracts and sophisticated regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He joins from Clifford Chance, where he served as a partner in private equity and M&A.
Daniel Zerbib joins Latham & Watkins as a partner in finance. He is specialised in bank financings, notably infrastructure financing including greenfield and brownfield projects. He joins from Clifford Chance, where he served as a partner in finance.
Gauthier Martin joins Latham & Watkins as a partner in public law and regulation. His practice covers all aspects of public law, including the management of complex public contracts, regulated sectors and related litigation. He joins from Clifford Chance, where he served as a partner in public law and regulation.
Alexandre Namoun, whose practice is centred on private equity and M&A, also joins Latham & Watkins from Clifford Chance. He advises corporate groups, private equity funds, pension funds, asset managers and other private capital investors on strategic transactions.
