Hoche Avocats strengthens its corporate team
"Hoche Avocats hires Loïse Couturier as counsel in its corporate practice."
Loïse Couturier specialises in corporate law and advises French and international companies and groups across a wide range of sectors on the legal management of their corporate life and on exceptional transactions. Admitted to the bar in 2010, she has worked in several Parisian firms, ran her own practice for six years and has notably served in the Corporate department of Eversheds Sutherland. She also practised for six years at Lefebvre Dalloz, where she contributed to the design and delivery of professional training in corporate law.
