A recognised practitioner in restructuring, Astrid Zourli brings more than 15 years of high-level experience in preventive proceedings, safeguard procedures, and judicial reorganisation and liquidation, at both national and cross-border levels. She has strong expertise in financial and capital restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, operational reorganisations and the litigation arising from these situations. She has acted on numerous emblematic matters alongside companies, shareholders, creditors and investors in often sensitive turnaround contexts with significant strategic stakes.
Before joining Darrois, Astrid Zourli spent more than seven years with the restructuring team at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, including a secondment to the New York office, and then joined Hogan Lovells in June 2019, where she continued to develop a recognised practice handling complex and sensitive matters.
