The appointments come as Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier reports a period of particularly sustained activity, engaged on numerous mergers and acquisitions and strategic litigation matters in France and internationally. The firm recently welcomed Astrid Zourli to lead its restructuring practice and Brice Bohuon in regulation and public business law. With close to one hundred lawyers, including around thirty partners, the firm continues to develop while consolidating its capacity to handle complex mandates.
Olivier Diaz has practised for more than 35 years on major mergers and acquisitions transactions and on issues of securities law and governance. He advises listed and unlisted companies across many sectors, as well as private equity funds, on landmark operations in France and internationally. He also regularly counsels governance bodies of large companies and family groups in sensitive and strategic contexts. He joins Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier as a partner.
Frédéric Mion has spent more than 30 years dividing his career between the public sphere—where he held senior responsibilities, notably at the Conseil d’Etat, in a central administration directorate and at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris—and the private sector, both within companies and as a lawyer. He now advises general management and general secretariats of large groups on their strategic legal issues. He joins the firm as a partner.
Charles de Reals has practised for more than 15 years at leading French and international firms. He works on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions; his broad practice covers both capital markets and private equity, and he has recognised expertise in corporate governance for listed and non-listed companies and in securities regulation. He joins Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier as a partner.
Corentin Charlès has been a lawyer since 2017 and has practised at French and international firms. He advises listed and unlisted companies in corporate law, securities law and in connection with their mergers and acquisitions. He joins the firm as a partner.
