Fidal Avocats creates media and entertainment practice with arrival of Anne-Marie Pecoraro and team

Anne-Marie Pecoraro joins Fidal Avocats as a partner in charge of the Media and Entertainment practice. A member of the Paris Bar and a lawyer for more than 25 years, she is specialised in intellectual property and has developed a significant practice in media and audiovisual law serving the entertainment sector. She advises international groups, cultural and creative industries, platforms, organisations and talents on securing and valorising intangible assets, negotiating strategic contracts and managing complex litigation, notably site blocking and anti-counterfeiting actions. The team's expertise also encompasses music, film, television, advertising, live performance, trademark licensing, data protection, artificial intelligence, video games and sport, and it works on structuring, licensing and compliance operations in an international context.
Rodolphe Boissau joins as a senior lawyer. He has over 20 years of experience in the media, communication, content production sectors and related technologies, notably across the creative industries (music, audiovisual, cinema, animation, live performance, publishing, advertising), information actors (print, broadcast and internet), luxury, events, sport and artificial intelligence. He also handles legal issues linked to public affairs, in particular numerous legislative and regulatory reforms at French and European levels. He holds degrees from the Universities of Cergy-Pontoise, Paris II and Paris I in French, English and North American law; his expertise is recognised by Legal500, World Trademark Review and Who’s Who Legal.
Estelle Groff joins as an associate lawyer. She has practised for nearly three years in media, communication and entertainment law at the intersection of intellectual property, digital law and emerging technologies. She advises and litigates for clients in music, audiovisual, press, sport, publishing, and creative and influencer agencies on the protection, valorisation and defence of their projects and intangible assets. A graduate of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas with experience in public affairs consultancy on technological matters, she works with creative industries and information actors in a constantly evolving digital environment.
