Kalliopé strengthens its Real Estate and Construction practice
"Kalliopé hires partner Florence Bouthillier and collaborator Ruben Orlandini to its Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning practice."
Florence Bouthillier joins Kalliopé as a partner. She brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate and construction law, working on transactions and litigation for real estate companies, property managers and administrators, developers, investors, project developers and industrial clients in France and abroad. She is co‑author of the Lamy commentaries "Formulaire Commenté – Fonds de Commerce et Baux Commerciaux" and "Formulaire Commenté – Droit Commercial", has taught at the University of Besançon on complex real estate project structures and promotion contracts, and is a member of the faculty of the Magistère in Real Estate Management and Services at ESTP. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989, she began her career at Bignon Lebray and Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés (LPA) before joining DS Avocats, where she quickly became a partner and co‑directed the real estate practice from 2004 to 2026. She holds a maîtrise in private law from Paris II Panthéon‑Assas.
Ruben Orlandini joins Kalliopé as a collaborator. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, he has developed solid experience in real estate operations, including construction, transactions, urban planning and leases, within the real estate departments of leading French and international law firms. He holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from Paris II Panthéon‑Assas – Ho Chi Minh City and a Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade (MACI) from the University of Versailles‑Paris Saclay.
