FTPA Avocats strengthens its financing practice with department led by Alice Haddak-Latour
"Alice Haddak-Latour joins FTPA Avocats as partner to create and lead its financing department. She will work in financing, covering acquisition and corporate finance, private placements and debt restructurings."
With more than 13 years of experience, Alice Haddak-Latour began her career at Clifford Chance within the Securitisation and Structured Finance team before spending ten years at Bredin Prat in the Financing team.
She will intervene across the full range of financing transactions, including public and private acquisition financings, corporate financings, private placements and debt restructurings. She also has solid sector experience in luxury, banking, investment funds, new technologies and oilfield services, and regularly advises large French and international groups (CAC 40, SBF 120), institutional investors, French and foreign funds and family-owned groups.
Alice is recognised in the market for her ability to handle a wide diversity of matters from mid-cap to large-cap, in both investment-grade and distressed situations, and for her command of complex financing structures developed within leading teams.
