Gramond strengthens its M&A–Private Equity practice with Benoît Charrière-Bournazel

Benoît Charrière-Bournazel is joining Gramond as a partner, accompanied by lawyer Auriane Boutillier, who is joining the firm as an associate.

Benoît Charrière-Bournazel brings more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. He advises French and international clients on external growth operations (M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic alliances) and intervenes across the full transactional cycle as well as on governance and corporate structuring issues. He also supports clients in various areas of business law and tax, in both advisory and litigation matters, in close collaboration with the firm’s specialised teams. Admitted to the bars of Paris and New York and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, he has recognised expertise in conducting high-stakes cross-border transactions and advises entrepreneurs, industrial groups and investors on development projects in France and internationally, notably in the energy, health, technology, transport, tourism, agri-food and financial services sectors.

Auriane Boutillier joins Gramond as an associate lawyer alongside Benoît Charrière-Bournazel.
