Watson Farley & Williams Paris strengthens real estate team with counsel Pierre-Edouard Vino
"Pierre-Edouard Vino joins Watson Farley & Williams Paris as counsel in the real estate team, working on development projects including construction, sales, leases, urban planning, transactions and disputes."
He joins the team led by Cyrille Gogny‑Goubert, who founded the department in 2020, alongside four colleagues.
Pierre-Edouard advises investors, developers, land planners and real estate professionals on development projects across all aspects of real estate law, including construction, sales, leases, urban planning, land control and partnerships. He has also developed a contentious practice that provides a comprehensive view of procedures and risk management. He works on the legal structuring of development and promotion operations, as well as acquisition, disposal and management of all types of real estate assets.
Admitted to the bar in 2013, Pierre-Edouard Vino practised at CMS Francis Lefebvre (2019–2026), Peyrical & Sabattier Associés (2016–2019) and De Guillenchmidt et Associés (2013–2016). He holds a Master II in General Public Law from Université Paris X Nanterre (2012).
