Endrix strengthens its business law practice with the arrival of Stanley Miton as partner

Stanley Miton has more than ten years of experience in business law, with particular expertise in commercial contracts, distribution law, competition law and intellectual property. He has practised at firms including Delsol Avocats, Cornet Vincent Ségurel, White & Case and Gide Loyrette Nouel, handling complex matters for French and international clients in both advisory and litigation roles.
Miton advises company leaders on structuring and securing their strategic commercial relationships. He works primarily with management teams of SMEs and mid‑caps (PME and ETI), notably in industrial, technological and innovative environments, and with actors engaged in structuring or developing their commercial networks.
His practice covers negotiation and protection of major commercial agreements (clients, suppliers, partners); structuring distribution and commercial collaboration models (exclusive or selective distribution, franchising, licences, commercial agents, introducers); valorisation and protection of intangible assets in commercial relations (trademarks, copyrights and related rights); and prevention and management of competition risks, including anticompetitive practices, compliance of sectoral exchanges and management of administrative controls (DGCCRF, DDPP, etc.).
Based in Lyon, Endrix’s team of lawyers, created at the end of 2021, now comprises around ten lawyers including four partners: Candice Losada (corporate law), Mickaël Philipona (labour law), Stanley Miton (economic law) and Jean‑Yves Villon (tax law).
