Marguerite Brac de La Perrière joins the firm’s corporate team as Partner for IT, Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). She was previously at Fieldfisher, where she served as associate tech & data and head of the digital department in Paris. She has a recognised practice in IT, Data and AI, with particular expertise in the life sciences and healthcare sectors and more than 15 years’ experience in digital health and AI. She acts as a strategic adviser to clients on data protection, AI and digital health matters, drafts and negotiates complex IT contracts, advises a broad range of international technology, life sciences and digital health actors, and serves as data protection officer (DPO) for several organisations in the health and industrial sectors.
She will be joined by two collaborators, including Léa Rogerie, with whom she has worked for about two years.
