TGS France Avocats strengthens its teams in Rennes and Le Havre
"TGS France Avocats hires Olivier Fedon and Charlotte Sachet to build a fiduciary practice from its Rennes office, and appoints Renaud Courbon with Marie Vincent and Charlotte Gruchy to reinforce its Le Havre corporate/M&A and launch a transactional real estate offer."
In Rennes, partner Olivier Fedon and lawyer Charlotte Sachet will together structure and deploy an integrated fiduciary practice from the firm’s Rennes office. Olivier Fedon, an attorney since 2004 with more than 20 years’ practice in business law, was trained at ICES, the University of Rennes (business law) and the University of Orléans (trust law). He has been a partner in firms based in Paris and in the regions, advising large groups, SMEs and small businesses on strategic operations including disposals and transfers, group restructurings, wealth planning, implementation of fiduciary schemes and prevention and treatment of corporate difficulties (conciliation, ad hoc mandate). Charlotte Sachet, a graduate of the law faculties of Rennes and Orléans with a master’s in competition, intellectual property and business law, has practiced for nearly ten years. She works mainly in business law on M&A transactions for micro and small businesses and SMEs and on drafting complex commercial contracts. Both Olivier Fedon and Charlotte Sachet are members of the Observatoire de la Fiducie.
At Le Havre, Renaud Courbon takes the direction of the office and leads an expanded team now composed of seven legal professionals following the integration of Marie Vincent and Charlotte Gruchy. Renaud Courbon holds master’s degrees in business law and social law obtained in Rennes and has practised for 25 years. He began his career in Havre firms with a strong technical culture, notably in maritime law, before specialising in corporate law and growth operations. An associate from 2012 to 2023, he then joined Forvis Mazars Avocats in Le Havre, where he directed the corporate law practice for three years. For more than fifteen years he has assisted clients with company creation, establishment of holdings and subsidiaries, M&A transactions and strategic social-law issues. In his role as head of the Le Havre office he will assume team management, coordination of expertise and commercial development, and intends to strengthen coordination between legal and accounting services. Among the firm’s structuring projects is the launch in spring 2026 of a transactional real estate activity integrating legal, tax and wealth advisory for corporate leaders. Marie Vincent will serve as law clerk in charge of judicial activity, and Charlotte Gruchy will work on corporate law matters.
