Dentons appoints Olivier Querinjean to launch and lead tax practice in Belgium

Olivier Querinjean joins Dentons Brussels as a partner charged with establishing and directing the Belgian tax practice. He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate tax law and advises clients on the tax aspects of reorganizations and restructurings, as well as on complex cross-border transactions, including mergers, demergers, share and asset acquisitions, MBOs, LBOs, joint ventures and carve-outs. He also works on the taxation of employee participation schemes, represents clients in negotiations with tax authorities and in tax litigation, and advises entrepreneurs, family offices and private clients on complex cross-border structuring and estate planning. He is ranked in Chambers Europe in the Tax category for Belgium. Before joining Dentons, he was a partner and head of the Tax department in Belgium at CMS.
Antoine Lebecq has joined Dentons’ Brussels office as a lawyer.
