Frédéric Salat-Baroux joins Bredin Prat as partner to lead public law team

Frédéric Salat-Baroux advises public and private companies and leading investors on strategic public law matters, notably public sector reorganizations and privatizations, infrastructure, sectoral regulation (including energy, telecommunications, media and transport), major public contracts, litigation and control of foreign investments. He is joining Bredin Prat with the seniority of partner.
Since 2007 he had been directing the public law and regulation department of the Paris office of an international law firm. He therefore arrives from that Paris office where he served as head of the department. A former Conseiller d’État and government commissioner to the litigation section, he was Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic from 2005 to 2007. He is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and is a former student of the École Nationale d’Administration.
