Fidal strengthens M&A and corporate practice with the arrival of Clément Mogavero as partner
"Fidal has co-opted Clément Mogavero as partner in its Lyon M&A and corporate department. He will work on M&A, cross-border transactions, private equity and recapitalizations."
Mogavero brings approximately fifteen years of experience advising French and international companies across sectors including industry, agri-food, healthcare and investment funds. He advises on external growth transactions, recapitalizations and private equity matters, and has a recognised expertise in cross-border M&A, with developed skills in coordinating international projects.
Before joining Fidal, after beginning his career in Lyon, he spent nine years in Paris at leading Anglo-Saxon and French firms including Reed Smith LLP and DS Avocats, and served at Delsol Avocats in Lyon as counsel. He joins Fidal with the seniority of partner. Mogavero holds a Master 2 in business law and a Doctorate in business law from Jean Moulin Lyon III.
