Joffe & Associés adds two partners to its tax practice
"Joffe & Associés appoints Pierre-Eliott Blum and Alexandre Benslima as partners in its tax practice, covering transactional tax, private wealth tax and contentious defense."
Both lawyers bring expertise in tax structuring of operations, due diligence audits, and the implementation of incentive schemes and management packages. Their practice will serve a diverse client base — from SMEs and family groups to investment funds, in France and internationally — and intervene in sectors including Tech, real estate, luxury, construction, sport, communication and industry. The firm said their arrival is part of the development of its tax practice; Christophe Joffe noted that Pierre-Eliott is already familiar with the firm and that the partners’ combined advisory and contentious culture provides clients with a comprehensive perspective.
Pierre-Eliott Blum, 33, is Franco-Canadian and bilingual. He has developed his expertise at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Stehlin & Associés and Lumay Avocats. He advises family groups, investment funds and shareholders on tax structuring, due diligence and incentive schemes. He joins Joffe & Associés as a partner. He holds a Master 2 Juriste Fiscaliste from Université Paris Cité (Paris V) and a DU in Sports Law from the University of Montpellier, and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
Alexandre Benslima, 31, assists companies and their leaders on transactional and private wealth tax matters, with a marked practice in tax litigation. He regularly works on securing restructurings and international flows for business leaders. He has worked at Lumay Avocats, Stehlin & Associés and Cohen Amir-Aslani. He joins Joffe & Associés as a partner. He holds the Magistère in Business Law and a Master 2 DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from the University of Montpellier, and is a member of the IACF.
