Squair appoints two new partners

Alexandre Latte joins Squair's Paris employment law team as a partner. He advises on employment law and social security matters for French and international companies, with a particular focus on reorganisations and collective labour relations. He is also involved in niche issues such as payroll law, employee savings, supplementary welfare and additional pension schemes, and represents companies in sensitive individual and collective litigation. Alexandre has in-depth knowledge of specific sectors, notably healthcare (pharmaceutical laboratories and medical device companies) and the IT sector. He previously worked at the law firms Fidal, Fieldfisher and Baker McKenzie. Alexandre holds a degree in labour law and employment from University Paris XI (2013), where he has also taught labour law.
Caroline Ramus joins Squair as a partner to strengthen its employment and corporate/M&A practice in Paris. She has dual expertise in corporate law/M&A and employment law, with recognised experience handling complex matters that combine corporate structuring, merger and acquisition operations and management of social issues, in both advisory and contentious matters. She advises companies, executives, investors and funds on small and mid-cap transactions. Caroline previously served as a partner for more than fifteen years in Paris at Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés, Ramus & Chaussade and Sikous Friedmann & Associés, after having been a senior M&A associate at Deloitte. She is a member of the AFDT and taught EU law at Master 2 level for ten years.
