Clifford Chance strengthens private capital, energy and infrastructure with two new partners in Paris

Patrick Tardivy is an M&A and private equity lawyer. He works particularly in the energy, infrastructure and tech sectors, advising investment funds and other financial investors as well as French and international groups on domestic and cross-border transactions. He joins Clifford Chance as a partner.
Paul Loisel concentrates his practice on project finance and strategic financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises sponsors and lenders on large-scale financings, both greenfield and brownfield, in France and internationally, notably across EMEA. He joins Clifford Chance as a partner.
