Delcade appoints Mûre Maestrati as partner in tech & data
"Delcade hires Mûre Maestrati as partner in its tech & data practice to strengthen digital law work including data protection, regulatory compliance and IT contracts."
Maestrati advises clients in France and internationally across the full spectrum of digital law, from structuring projects (IT contracts, e‑commerce, digital platforms and artificial intelligence) to regulatory compliance (GDPR, RIA, DORA, NIS 2). She works in strategic or sensitive contexts such as complex negotiations, distressed IT projects, CNIL investigations and data breach responses. She also serves as an external Data Protection Officer and supports clients with day‑to‑day compliance matters.
Before joining Delcade as partner, Mûre Maestrati practised in international business law firms, notably CMS Francis Lefebvre and White & Case, and gained in‑house experience within the legal department of Visa Europe. She holds degrees from King’s College London, Paris II Panthéon‑Assas and Paris‑Saclay and was elected Secretary of the Conference of the Bar of Hauts‑de‑Seine in 2023. She teaches digital law in the Master Systèmes d’information, Réseaux et Numérique at Université Paris Dauphine and is a member of the AFCPD and the Fondation des Femmes.
Fabrice Delouis and Benoît Lafourcade, partners and co‑founders of Delcade, indicated that Maestrati’s profile — combining advisory, litigation and operational DPO experience — reinforces the firm’s positioning in digital law at a time of accelerating client demand in these areas.
