Galm Avocats strengthens its real estate taxation practice with partner hire Benoit Ménez

Benoit Ménez intervenes primarily on complex real estate transactions for institutional operators and investment funds, covering acquisitions, portfolio management, the establishment of partnerships and value-added operations. He also regularly advises on mixed-use operations in which real estate is a major lever for value creation, notably in sectors undergoing transformation such as hospitality, healthcare, data centers and logistics.
He joins Galm Avocats as a partner, bringing nearly eight years of experience at the firm De Pardieu and more than five years at leading Anglo‑Saxon firms, where he developed recognised expertise in the tax structuring of real estate investments and in supporting French and international clients.
His arrival is part of Galm Avocats’ development strategy to reinforce its positioning on technically complex real estate transactions and to provide top-tier tax expertise in close synergy with the firm’s other practices. Pierre Appremont noted that Ménez’s extensive experience in the real estate sector will consolidate and complement the firm’s fiscal capabilities and enhance client support on tax matters.
