Audrey Lemniaï joins FTPA Avocats

After nearly ten years at DLA Piper in the Litigation & Regulatory department, Audrey Lemniaï has handled complex cross-border matters, notably on liability related to industrial risks and defective products, as well as insurance and transport litigation.
She has recognised expertise in the aeronautical sector, gained through involvement in major air accident cases in both civil and criminal proceedings, and advises an international clientele on sensitive and strategic issues.
Audrey Lemniaï also represents clients in commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters, including contractual disputes, abrupt terminations of established commercial relationships, unfair competition practices and product regulation issues. She is noted for her skills in evidence gathering, enforcement measures and procedural coordination in international disputes.
