Noémie Saidi-Cottier joins D'Alverny Avocats as an associate in business criminal law and will lead the firm's criminal business practice. She has 14 years of experience, is a holder of a professional specialization in criminal law from the Conseil National des Barreaux and has been a member of the Paris bar for 14 years. A graduate of Université Paris 2 Panthéon‑Assas and its Institute of Judicial Studies, she will join the firm on 1 April 2026 after more than eight years at the head of her own structure, where she served as sole partner focusing exclusively on criminal defence. She acts before criminal jurisdictions in France and abroad and has handled complex matters involving corruption and breaches of probity, organised crime and money laundering, including high‑profile files such as Lafarge, Pegasus, Médiator and the Orléans‑Syria network. She also advises companies and their leaders on compliance and internal investigations and has developed expertise in environmental criminal law.
François Alambret joins D'Alverny Avocats as an associate in employment (social) law to reinforce the firm's social law department alongside Célia Dufour and her team. He has more than 25 years of experience, including over ten years in Anglo‑Saxon firms such as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Addleshaw Goddard, and has practised in various French and international firms prior to joining D'Alverny in April 2026. He advises mainly SMEs and mid‑caps on a full range of social law issues, structuring his practice around three main axes: international work, litigation and internal investigations. He counsels foreign companies and their subsidiaries on daily social law matters and internal investigations, handles high‑stakes individual litigation (discrimination, moral and sexual harassment, workplace accidents) and has developed strong expertise in the implementation of whistleblowing procedures and the conduct of internal inquiries. He holds a master's degree in social law from Paris 2 Panthéon‑Assas and was admitted to the bar in 2000.
