Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens Paris real estate finance team with partner Diane Le Chevallier

Admitted to the Paris bar in 2013, Diane Le Chevallier joins Norton Rose Fulbright after nine years at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where she had been counsel since 2021. She has also worked at international firms including Mayer Brown LLP and Reed Smith LLP.
Le Chevallier has recognised expertise in structured real estate financing. She advises real estate investors and institutional and alternative lenders, French and international, on the structuring, negotiation and restructuring of complex financing transactions. She has acted for both borrowers and lenders on major operations across acquisition, development and refinancing financings, and her experience covers a wide range of asset types including offices, retail, logistics, hotels and student residences.
Norton Rose Fulbright said her appointment is part of the ongoing development of its real estate finance practice in France and Europe and strengthens the Paris team’s capacity to support clients on increasingly complex matters. The firm noted it has recruited six partners since 2025. The Paris real estate team now comprises seven partners, three counsels and around ten other professionals.
