Arsene strengthens its VAT and indirect tax practice with Anne-Laure Benoist

Anne-Laure Benoist joins Arsene as a partner. She has nearly 20 years of experience in indirect taxation (VAT, payroll tax, contribution sociale de solidarité des sociétés) and supports companies on VAT flow reviews and securitisation (diagnostics, compliance, improvements), tax audits and litigation in France and on cross-border projects. She has particular expertise in technically complex matters such as restructuring operations (buy-side / sell-side), structuring (establishing acquisition holdings, supporting financing operations on indirect tax issues) and implementing specific VAT regimes. Benoist advises numerous French and international groups across health, retail, luxury and energy sectors. She began her career in 2006 at CMS Francis Lefebvre, joined Fidal in 2011 and joined KPMG Avocats in 2019, where she was a partner in the VAT - Tax Techno team.
Lore Texier joins Arsene as a collaboratrice after five years at KPMG Avocats. She works on VAT and payroll tax for French and international groups in both routine activity and exceptional operations (investments, restructurings, divestments). Texier intervenes on reorganisations and implementation of specific VAT regimes, and has solid experience supporting companies in the energy and distribution sectors on VAT and payroll tax matters (setting up flows, reviewing deduction rights), restructurings and dealings with the tax administration (assistance with controls, rulings). She has developed skills in VAT refund requests and tax audits (VAT, C3S and payroll tax), notably in pre-contentious and contentious phases. Lore Texier is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a Master II in Business Tax Law (Université de Rennes I).
Sabrina Bandoui joins Arsene as a collaboratrice. She has worked at Deloitte Société d’Avocats (2021–2023), at Arsene (2023–2024) and at KPMG Avocats (2024–2026). Bandoui advises French and international groups on VAT and payroll tax matters in both recurring activity and exceptional operations (investments, restructurings). She has developed specific skills in M&A due diligence, analysis of special VAT regimes and review of deduction rights for clients in retail, luxury and the pharmaceutical industry. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds the DJCE from the Université de Cergy-Pontoise.
Juliette Delzors joins Arsene as a juriste fiscaliste after beginning her career at KPMG Avocats in 2022. She assists French and international groups on VAT and payroll tax matters in routine and exceptional operations (reorganisations, acquisitions, refinancings) and in relations with the tax administration, notably during tax audits. Delzors has developed expertise in M&A due diligence, analysis of special VAT regimes for sectors including automotive, energy and pharmaceuticals, and in implementing the e-invoicing reform, particularly in analysing flows and adapting invoicing processes. She holds a Master in Tax Law – Applied Taxation (UPEC).
Haifa Cherif joins Arsene as one of the collaboratrices, having begun her career at Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2023 and then joining KPMG Avocats in 2025. She advises French and international groups on VAT and payroll tax in recurring activity and exceptional operations (investments, restructurings, M&A), notably in retail, luxury, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. Cherif has recognised expertise in analysing flows and special VAT regimes, reporting and invoicing obligations, VAT mapping, tax audits and compliance reviews, and works on issues related to Piste d’Audit Fiable (PAF) and e-invoicing. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds the DJCE from the Université de Strasbourg.
