Cornet Vincent Ségurel strengthens its Lyon office with the arrival of Anne-Laure Rivat

Rivat is joining the Lyon office’s corporate law – mergers & acquisitions – private equity team as avocat director. She has been admitted to the Lyon bar for 12 years. She began her career at Delsol Avocats (2014–2017) and then worked at Lamy-Lexel Avocats Associés (2017–2022) before becoming a partner at the firm Lawréa (2023–2025).
At Cornet Vincent Ségurel she will join the team led by partners Pierre-Jean Ferry and Pierre Guignand to contribute to the development of Corporate M&A activity in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region.
Anne-Laure Rivat advises executives, companies (start-ups, SMEs, ETI, groups) as well as shareholders and investors in acquisition, disposal, restructuring and investment operations.
The Cornet Vincent Ségurel team in Lyon now comprises 33 lawyers and jurists, including 8 partners, with broad expertise in business law.
