Jean-François Defudes advises companies and their executives on structuring and securing tax matters closely linked to their development and transformation operations. His practice covers structuring transactions, notably mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as management of sensitive situations including tax audits and litigation. He also develops an approach to the transformation of tax functions in the context of increasing digitalization and evolving reporting obligations, and advises executives on personal wealth issues, particularly structuring and succession.
Jean-François Defudes served for nearly 15 years within the tax administration before continuing his career in law firms, notably at Fidal and Deloitte Taj, and most recently at Delsol Avocats, where he was a partner.
