Herald strengthens Intellectual Property department with the arrival of Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe advises an international, notably American, clientele in both advisory and contentious matters across the full range of intellectual property: trademarks, copyright, designs and models, domain names and unfair competition. She works on complex national and cross-border disputes and on the negotiation of intellectual property contracts in both standalone and transactional contexts. Her sector experience includes consumer goods; life sciences (pharmaceuticals and medical devices); luxury (fashion and cosmetics); electronics (hardware and software); publishing; e-commerce; automotive and finance.
Prior to joining Herald, Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe was a partner at Dechert (Paris) LLP (2023–2026).
