Stephenson Harwood Paris strengthens its Finance department with two new partners

Hortense Atthenont-Duret joined Stephenson Harwood Paris in October 2019 and is a member of the Shipping team led by Alain Gautron within the Finance department. She has served as Counsel since 2024 and has supported the team's development by advising clients on complex maritime and financial transactions. Her promotion recognises her sustained commitment to the firm's clients and her technical and strategic expertise.
Aurélie Bossert joins Stephenson Harwood Paris as a partner after nearly ten years in the Finance department of DLA Piper France. With more than fifteen years of experience in structured finance, principally in project and asset finance, she advises commercial banks, development finance institutions, investment funds and industrial companies. She has led a wide range of transactions, including bank loans, bond issuances, leasing and tax-lease operations in the energy, infrastructure and mobility sectors. Having previously worked at Stephenson Harwood where she developed a specialised maritime finance practice, her return is expected to broaden the department’s offering at the interface of transport, energy and infrastructure.
