Arnaud Grünthaler joins from Forvis Mazars Avocats, where he advised clients on banking and financial regulation, notably in the fintech and digital assets sectors. At Morgan Lewis he will support the firm’s asset management, fintech and digital assets practice. He counsels a broad range of financial institutions and market participants on regulatory, structuring and distribution matters, including market entry into France and relations with regulatory authorities, and works on emerging areas such as blockchain-based applications and financial disintermediation.
