Linklaters strengthens corporate/M&A team by hiring counsel Camille Welfringer

Camille Welfringer brings ten years of experience gained at leading international law firms. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships, acting on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her work covers a broad range of high-stakes transformational operations, notably the creation of complex joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
She advises listed and unlisted companies across various sectors, in particular the banking and financial sector, as well as industry and services. Admitted to the Paris bar since 2018, Camille Welfringer holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Panthéon‑Assas and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
