Orrick strengthens its health M&A and private equity practice in Paris with the arrival of Alain Decombe and team

Alain Decombe and his team advise international groups, investment funds and high-growth companies on strategic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as capital markets operations and broader corporate matters. They have a particular expertise in the health and healthtech sectors, operating in France and internationally. Alain Decombe joins Orrick as a partner in Paris and brings sector expertise and close relationships with French and international market players that strengthen Orrick’s global offering.
Vianney Toulouse joins Orrick as a partner and will be part of the same health-focused M&A and private equity team. Mathilde Duchamp, Yona Elfassi and Léa Boutin join Orrick as associates and will work within the team advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets and corporate matters in the health and healthtech sectors, in France and abroad.
