sbkg & associés strengthens real estate practice with arrival of Paula Frias-Nahmias and team

Paula Frias-Nahmias holds a Master's degree from Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (Business and Economic Law). She has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1998 and has practiced at August & Debouzy and Brunswick. She founded her own firm in 2011 and in 2022 joined Berrylaw to create its real estate practice. With nearly 30 years of experience, she advises major institutional investors, developers, listed property companies and corporate real estate departments on structuring projects in construction, leases and portfolio disposals, and on the related contentious proceedings.
Her collaborators Gwilherm Le Bras, Pierre-Baptiste Bey and Agathe de Valence join sbkg & associés with her to strengthen the firm's real estate offering.
Vincent Lassalle, managing partner of sbkg & associés, said the firm is pleased to welcome Paula and her team and that their arrival is a structuring step in the firm's project to develop a leading boutique dedicated to real estate transactions and financings.
