Squair appoints two new partners in Paris and Bordeaux

Julien Tayeg arrives at Squair in Bordeaux as a partner in the firm’s employment law and social protection practice. He has been a lawyer since 2006 and advises a client base largely composed of SMEs and mid-cap companies on employment law and social protection matters. A specialist in labour law, he is also a Solicitor in the United Kingdom. He began his career in Paris at firms recognised for their social law practices (Capstan, CMS Bureau Francis Lefevre, Proskauer, Jones Day). Registered at the Bordeaux bar since 2013, Julien Tayeg was a partner at Fidal in Bordeaux prior to joining Squair.
Lara Donnedieu de Vabres joins Squair in Paris as a partner in the firm’s M&A practice. Admitted to the Paris bar in 2016, she practises corporate law with a focus on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. She advises founders, managers and investment funds on the structuring, negotiation and execution of strategic transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, fundraising rounds, restructurings and the implementation of management packages, and supports clients at all stages of development as well as on routine corporate matters (company formation, capital increases, approval of accounts, service contracts, governance and incentive plans). She has recognised expertise in the tech, energy and infrastructure sectors and in real estate, and may also act in other sectors such as banking and insurance, media and healthcare. Before joining Squair, she worked for more than ten years at Orrick Rambaud Martel in Paris and completed a one-year secondment with Société Générale’s M&A team.
