Delphine Brunet-Stoclet joins Axipiter to lead new Intellectual Property department

Delphine Brunet-Stoclet brings more than 35 years of experience in industrial and intellectual property. She joins Axipiter as a partner with a practice covering both advisory and contentious matters: global management and monitoring of trademark, design and model portfolios, copyright-related projects, and complex litigation such as infringement, unfair competition and disputes between inventors or co‑authors. She is also noted for expertise in customs procedures and emergency measures, and advises clients across SMEs, mid‑caps and large international groups with particular affinity for the luxury, design, cosmetics, furniture and food sectors. Bilingual and an active member of INTA, she is strengthening Axipiter’s international reach; she is also completing a mediation certification with the IEAM (final certification due June 2026).
Before joining Axipiter, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet worked at Schmidt Brunet Litzler (now SBL), which she joined in 1998 to found and then direct its Intellectual Property practice for 28 years. Prior to that, she spent eight years (1990–1997) as a collaborator in the Intellectual Property and Litigation team at Lafarge Flécheux Revuz. She holds a DESS (Master 2) in Industrial Property Law from Université Paris II (Panthéon‑Assas, 1989), was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 1991 and holds a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property Law (1995).
She is joined at Axipiter by Marie André-Nivet (Counsel), an expert in brand, design and model protection strategy and in personal data, who has worked with Delphine since 2010, and by Léna Tordjman (Collaborator), who has been part of her team since 2022. The team will capitalise on immediate synergies with Axipiter’s other partners in Corporate, Employment and Tax, notably on audits of intangible assets, due diligence in growth transactions and on securing intellectual property issues arising from employee‑created works.
