Franklin welcomes Pierre François as Partner in Corporate-M&A
"Franklin has appointed Pierre François as a partner in its Corporate-M&A team. He will work on mergers and acquisitions, strengthening the firm's health, pharma and digital infrastructure/datacenter practices."
Pierre François brings more than twenty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He advises French and international institutional investors, notably European and North American clients, on domestic and cross-border transactions. His activity spans growth transactions as well as strategic divestments and distressed situations.
He focuses on the health sector, payment services, asset management and digital infrastructures. He has supported major players in health services and datacenter operators in their growth operations, including majority acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments.
His arrival strengthens Franklin’s Corporate department and complements the firm’s work in health, pharmaceuticals and digital infrastructures. The firm intends to accelerate its development in the strategic datacenter sector in synergy with its Real Estate, Public Law, IT and Data & Cyber teams. According to co-managing partner Yam Atallah, with François’s addition Franklin now has six Corporate partners among a total of twenty-six partners, enhancing the firm’s M&A and Private Equity capabilities.
