Jones Day strengthens Financial Markets practice with arrival of Rhéa Christophilopoulos

Christophilopoulos specialises in financing transactions across the full credit spectrum. She advises lenders, investment funds and borrowers on investment grade and acquisition financings, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and debt restructurings, and has acted on a number of major financing transactions in the French and European markets. She joins Jones Day as a partner in the Financial Markets practice.
She holds a maîtrise in law, a DEA in business law and a DESS in European business law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She is ranked as a Leading Partner in Legal 500 for Banking and Finance: Transactional Work and is also listed in Chambers and Partners in Banking and Finance.
Jones Day partners highlighted her experience in acquisition finance and investment grade financings and her strong relationships in the French and European financing markets as significant assets for the firm’s clients. The firm said her arrival reinforces its Paris team and its integrated Financial Markets platform in Europe.
