Charles Delavenne joins Deloitte Société d’Avocats in Lille with his team

An experienced lawyer, Charles Delavenne practises primarily in complex contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing and business litigation. He has also developed recognised expertise in the renewable energy sector and advises company executives, investment funds and businesses on strategic operations, notably external growth, fundraising and industrial partnerships.
He has worked at leading business law firms, including Hogan Lovells and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, before founding DLGA Société d’Avocats in 2013. He developed and led DLGA for more than ten years prior to joining Deloitte Société d’Avocats as a partner.
