Linklaters appoints Marc Lordonnois to public law and regulated activities practice in Paris

Marc Lordonnois is a specialist in public law with particular expertise in infrastructure, energy and regulated activities. He brings more than twenty-five years of experience advising on acquisitions, disposals and major projects. His practice covers public contracts (concessions, public-private partnerships and public procurement), regulatory issues in the transport sector (rail and road), energy and telecommunications, and the law governing foreign investment in France. He advises both public and private clients, including large listed French industrial groups, leading operators in telecommunications and energy, infrastructure funds and institutional investors, on acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and large-scale projects. He also advises the French State and national public operators on public enterprise law (privatisations, initial public offerings) and state aid.
