Axipiter hires Emilie Sullo as partner to lead its commercial litigation department

Emilie Sullo brings over 20 years of experience in commercial law and business litigation. She will take charge of the contentieux — droit commercial department in Paris alongside Kimline Duffau (collaboratrice). Sullo’s practice covers both advisory and contentious work for a diverse clientele of SMEs, mid-sized companies (ETI) and national and international groups, and includes acting for foreign clients with structures in the United States, Germany and Switzerland.
Before joining Axipiter, Emilie Sullo served as counsel at Simon Associés (2023–2026), where she handled commercial litigation and distribution law matters. She previously practised at Delsol Avocats (2014–2023), developing a general commercial law and business litigation practice, after a year at Allen & Overy (2013–2014). She began her career at SBKG & Associés (2006–2013), working in commercial law and intellectual property.
Her substantive work spans the negotiation, structuring and drafting of commercial relationships (including distribution, commercial agency and service contracts), contract audits, validation of general terms and securing commercial practices, as well as representing clients before civil and commercial courts in disputes such as contract breaches, abrupt termination of established commercial relations, unfair competition, liability claims and corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, removal of directors, enforcement of guarantees).
