Orrick strengthens its restructuring team with Charles Connesson and Arnaud Mouton

They join the firm to reinforce Orrick’s capabilities in financings and corporate/M&A and to support the continued development of its Restructuring team on financing and corporate/M&A matters, enabling integrated client advice including on financial restructurings.
Charles Connesson has developed recognised expertise in syndicated bank financings, acquisition financings (notably LBOs) and distressed financings. He regularly advises investment funds, credit institutions and French and international corporate groups. He joins Orrick as of‑counsel.
Arnaud Mouton has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions involving both listed and unlisted companies, and in matters of corporate governance. He also acts on equity issuance transactions for listed companies. He joins Orrick as of‑counsel.
Their arrival forms part of the growth dynamic of Orrick’s transactional teams, which handle major transactions in France and internationally.
