Nerguararian has more than 19 years of experience, including 17 years with Linklaters’ restructuring and distressed businesses team in Paris, where she was appointed partner in 2021. She acts on complex financial and operational restructurings, both domestic and cross-border, in amicable contexts and in the framework of insolvency proceedings.
She advises a diverse international clientele of creditors, debtors, shareholders and investment funds across sectors including energy (including oil and gas), chemicals, hydrogen, retail and distribution, healthcare industries, real estate and automotive. Her practice also covers sensitive and strategic matters, including litigation related to restructurings.
