Fabrice Grillo joins Proskauer as partner in Global Finance Paris
"Proskauer welcomes Fabrice Grillo as partner in its Global Finance team in Paris. He will focus on infrastructure finance, cross-border transactions, private credit, leveraged/acquisition financings and special situations."
Grillo brings significant experience in infrastructure financing and cross-border transactions. He advises major financial institutions, multinational groups and financial sponsors on a wide range of financing matters, including acquisition and leveraged financings, private credit structures, infrastructure investments, liquidity solutions and special situations. He joins Proskauer at partner level in the Paris Global Finance team.
Proskauer said his appointment strengthens the firm's ability to support clients on complex financings and restructurings across Europe and will contribute to the development of its global finance offering. Xavier Norlain, Head of the Paris office, highlighted Grillo's recognized expertise and long-standing relationships with key players in the French and European markets. Philip Bowden, co-head of Global Finance, noted that Grillo will help clients navigate the evolving financing landscape marked by convergence between capital markets, private credit and restructuring solutions.
