Charlotte Galichet has nearly 20 years of experience advising companies and creators in both consultancy and litigation matters, notably on counterfeiting and strategies to protect intangible assets. She works across all dimensions of technological and digital projects: securing ownership of code and creations, overseeing the filing and protection of solution names, negotiating and structuring contracts, drafting terms and conditions, and managing legal aspects related to the development and exploitation of innovations. She also advises clients on GDPR and AI Act compliance.
In addition, Charlotte Galichet acts as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) for several organisations and has been AFNOR certified in that role since 2019. She also teaches data protection law at the Institut Supérieur du Droit.
